Thanks for writing such an open and honest piece! Respect! The issues are more complicated than many atheists try to make. Getting some Near Eastern literature which takes on the literary form of a Near Eastern treaty completely out of context while ignoring much of the New Testament, assuming the world is rationally intelligible and rules of logic apply while at the same time admitting all is by chance, calling out immoral behaviour while at the same time saying there is no objective right or wrong, saying we have no free will while attacking Christian idiots dancing to their genes as if they meant it, saying consciousness is an accidental by product of evolution while quantum physics suggests it is fundamental, using immaterial laws of maths and logic while saying the material world is all there is etc etc.
