By God I mean a personal mind greater than the universe not the Christian God. It makes no sense to argue from immaterial laws of logic if the material world is all there is. Moreover, the key facts surrounding the resurrection are not adequately explained by any other alternative. Christianity stands and falls on an event rooted in history for which no suitable alternative explanation exists. The case for a personal mind behind the universe can be made without reference to the resurrection. I even said the case for God can be argued through other means. The resurrection points to the Christian God. It helps identify the personal mind. They're different steps. Its like saying I'm circular reasoning for assuming a person stole the chocolates then determining the person was Fred. Fred is a more specific form of person. You're again attacking a strawman that was based part off my argument part from something else. Are you atheist, agnostic, theist, pantheist etc? What's your view? I'm keen to know.
